1) The Ruby Slippers – $3 Million

A number of these slippers were made by the designer Gilbert Adrian for the musical fantasy film Wizard of Oz released in 1939; most of which were sold at an auction a few years later. 50 years after the production of the movie, Ronald Winston recreated these ruby slippers. It took him 2 months and used 4600 rubies and 50 carat diamonds to create these stunning shoes.

2) Rita Hayworth Heels – $3 Million

Stuart Weitzman was inspired by Rita Hayworth to make this very unique collection of heels in a very unusual burnt sienna color. We´re more used to seeing Stuart Weitzman with bold and bright colored designs but this time he went with a burnt sienna satin peep toe shoes that have a beautiful satin flower on each. These cradle diamonds, sapphires and rubies that all belong to Rita Hayworth.

3) Tanzanite Heels by Stuart Weitzman – $2 Million

This is the result of the combination of a high-end jewelry designer like Eddie Le Vian, and an awesome shoe designer like Stuart Weitzman. The front straps of the heels have 28 carat diamonds while the ankle strap is made from 200 carats of Tanzanite gems and 16 carats of other stones. In total, there are 595 carats of diamonds on this amazing design.

4) Cinderella Slippers – $2 Million

Inspired by one of the most popular fairy tales, Stuart Weitzman did an amazing job at recreating the famous Cinderella Slippers. They were made using Italian leather with about 565 kwait diamonds fitted onto it in a platinum setting. These Cinderella inspired shoes were born by Alison Krauss at the 2004 Oscars.


5) Platinum Guild Stilettos – $1.9 Million

This is a one of a kind stiletto made in 2002 by Stuart Weitzman. This impressive shoe is composed of 464 kwait diamonds set with real platinum threads. Laura Harring wore these shoes to the Oscars in 2002 accompanied by 3 bodyguards.
